• This is a India related website directory, so we will not accept websites which is not related to India.
• We will not accept adult, warez or illegal content or sites that link to adult, warez or illegal content
• We will reject a site if it is a mirror site or primarily contains links selling affiliate products.
• We will not accept sites whose primary purpose is to sell fast money-making schemes.
• We will reject sites that are under construction.
• We accept inside pages of your website.
• We accept multiple categories submission (if the categories are appropriate).
• Title must be the official website name unless a featured link is purchased.
• We accept payment by PayPal.
• If your website is not accepted, your submission fee will be refunded in full.

• Copyright/Ownership: You declare that you are the sole owner and author and own 100% of all copyrights pertaining to any submission you make to Zatka.com.
• Our Use of Submitted Content: You give Zatka.com unconditional permission to publish anything you submit to the Zatka.Com Directory regardless of the method of submission, which may include, but is not limited to submission forms, questionnaires, email, or any other method and you further acknowledge that any submission may be distributed to our members and subscribers via the Zatka Directory Affiliate, RSS feed, and email alerts.
• External Use of Submitted Content: You acknowledge that the enforcement of our terms of service for publishers is at your risk and cost and not ours. In other words, if someone violates your copyright -- it will be 100% up to you to take legal action against those who abuse your copyright to protect your interests. If you do not agree to these terms, do not submit ANYTHING to Zatka.com.
